From arriving and to be met at reception by a lovely young lass named Claire, who was super helpful, and to be upgraded to a disabled room. Also, the fridge cupboard door needs to have holes drilled into it somewhere for the heat to escape. Opening the cupboard door, the fridge was extremely hot and smelt of burning.
