We went out for dinner and when we arrived, the room was still at 14 degrees. After midnight, nobody at the front desk, no replies from the telephone. After screaming and waiting to Hampton Beach Casino Parking if somebody was there, we finally found someone, the front desk was unstaffed from at least half an hour. After several phone calls, the night guard moved us to another room. After 1AM we were finally in a warm room. No apology, no gesture. We are grateful to the night guard who went out of his way and spent a long time on the phone with management to find us an equivalent room.
